Camper & Nicholsons First Eastern (CNFE) is pleased to announce that they have been appointed by Financial Street Holdings, one of China’s leading developers, to carry out the commercial and operational studies, and design, for the Oceania Point Marina in Huizhou, Guangdong, China, located 47 miles from Hong Kong.
CNFE will be working with the master planners Chapman Taylor on this project which forms part of a 29 square kilometre international resort, which includes golf courses, 5 star hotels and a conference centre amongst many other amenities.
The marina which will be built to high international standards, will offer berthing for yachts up to megayachts in size. The marina will attract international clients and events, as well as serving the needs of owners of residences within the development.
