- The company from Tarragona has reached an agreement with the British shipyard through its distributor in Spain to sell its boats within Cambrils and Denia.
- The agreement reaffirms its business strategy to incorporate referent trademarks to its portfolio so as to consolidate as one of the most important boat dealers in Catalonia and Spain.
- The distribution will be done through the delegation the company has in Valencia, namely Marina of Denia, and from the central office in Cambrils.
Under the compromise, Hermanos Berga will take over the sales and after-sales services and the aspects of representation and promotion of the well-known shipyard that makes high-end motor boats up to 40 metres long from the south of England.
“It’s a step forward for our company that will concentrate part of its business efforts on this great brand”, says Magda Berga, representative from Hermanos Berga.
With the new distribution, Hermanos Berga reaffirms its business strategy to incorporate market leading brands to its portfolio like Sunseeker to consolidate as one of the most important boat dealers in Catalonia and Spain.
Hermanos Berga see the agreement as the union of two established brands and is convinced that
“the benefit is mutual; for us, because we will distribute a market leading brand and for Sunseeker because of the sales and customer service a company like ours can give, with a solid career”.
Hermanos Berga is clear that, in its bet for Sunseeker, will be very important its experience
“and knowledge of the market, especially for the segment of motorboats built by Sunseeker, with high quality finishings, and also our great customer service that has always characterized us”. However, the company notes that “in no case the agreement will be against the interests of the customers we already have”.
The marketing and distribution of Sunseeker rboat range will be done through the delegation of Hermanos Berga in Valencia, specifically in Dénia, and from its central office in Cambrils. The company, with regular presence at international boat shows, premieres as a distributor of the British shipyard in the Barcelona Boat Show which will take place between the 26th and 30rd of September in Port Vell in Barcelona.
