The Portuguese Yacht Club Chronograph Edition “Volvo Ocean Race 2011–2012” is a functional, highly reliable and elegant sports watch made of titanium that has all the precision of nautical instruments in its make-up.
Powered by the rugged IWC-manufactured 89361-calibre movement and water-resistant to 6 bar, the chronograph demonstrates its sporting qualities with a flyback function and an additional flange with quarter-second calibration for recording short periods of time. It’s highlights are the carbon-black dial and the titanium case.
IWC is also the official sponsor of the Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing team, the first Arabian challenger in the 38-year history of the Volvo Ocean Race.
